I found a PDG Series 3 with all RX-100 components
Seller says its a 1992, any info on this , and how much its worth? He wants 400

Too much.

Made in Taiwan with Tange tubing (and mid of the road Tange tubing at that) and mid-level components. $250 or so if it is in perfect riding condition.

I agree. They weren't much in their day. Compared to today's low end steel bikes they're kind of nice though. If you could snag it for $250 you'd have a nice bike. Good luck

+2 $250 is about right. Unfortunately, you are in one of those semi-insane markets, where $250 bikes sell for more. Looks like it needs some clean up too. I would pass. If it was truly ready to ride, with fresh cables, new matching tires, etc., $300.
