1979 Centurion Super Le Mans
I picked up 2 1979 Centurion Super Le Mans today. They were bought as a pair and the yellow one was only ridden a few times and the blue one was ridden for about a season. They both have all the original parts, Araya rims w/ Suzue sealed hubs, dia-compe brakes and levers, sakae Silstar cranks, and pretty much everything else is Suntour. I don't know much about road bikes but they are in really good condition and were only $40 a piece so I grabbed them. Can anyone give me an idea what they are worth? I am in the Boston area if that helps any. Thanks.

Good deal. About $150-200 in ready to ride condition as are (in that smaller size, with barcons, frame pumps and alloy wheels with QRs -btw, you might want to flip the front wheel of the yellow bike) . Great find.

Given the condition I would think 150 is on the low side and 200 would be more like it.
Though I have seen them for even less than 100, I think with a little patience it could even be on the leeward side of 200.

In ready to ride condition, $225 each in your market, maybe a tad more. +1 Flip front wheel on the yellow bike (QR on wrong side).

cru you dog...LOL...I am watching the bikes...may buy one of them...very nice find...you will make some good money on them I would expect because of their condition...if I were working now I would buy them both full pop just to keep them together. NICE BIKES IN THEIR TIME FOR SURE! Good luck!
