Schwinn Le Tour Luxe worth
Is this Schwinn Le Tour worth this amount? How much should I offer if it's not? Any idea on how much it might weigh?

Thanks!

Relatively heavy, probably in the 28 to 30 pound range, but not nearly as bad as the other two you posted. Price is pretty close to market for a college town. Depends on overall condition when you see it in person.
If you are looking for a light bike, you will either need to get really lucky and pounce immediately, or raise your budget. The lighter bikes tend to be around $250. Porky bikes tend to be around $100 market value.
This bike is by far the best of the three you posted, and should sell relatively quickly.
+1 To comments below, I am assuming alloy rims. If it has steel rims, I would pass.

$100 average price, up to $125.00, in my opinion.

$175 seems high, but then everything on CL around here is way high. One thing about the LeTour Luxe. It's supposed to have alloy wheels, but not all of them do. Yes, that's a big deal. One of the first yard sale bikes I found was a LeTour Luxe, same color as the one you're looking at. It had steel rims, not alloy, and yes, they were original with the correct, butted spokes as Schwinn made in that year. The catalog says it's supposed to have alloy rims. If it has alloy rims, then buy it if you want it. If the rims are steel (check both), run, don't walk, away at that price.

+1. I sell bikes in the Madison market and $175 seems very high for the condition it is in. It surely could use some bar tape and new tires. "Tires hold air" doesn't give me much confidence. Bar tape and tires would run you another $30-$40. For $175 I'd expect new tubes, tires, and bar tape. If it fits, has alloy rims, and you really like it the most I'd give would be $125.
