I'd say it's been sort of valuated already in your other thread. It's Motobecane btw.
Not much value given rusted steel rims and a replacement fork. It could be a donor bike for other bikes of a similar caliber. Maybe find a hipster who's wrecked their peugeot and bent their fork. Pawn the fork off on them.

Still has essentially no value, except as a possible donor. Condition is poor, and it is missing a lot of original stuff.
