alessandro road bike?
I've been trolling around the intranets and have found no info about this bike manufacture, I picked it up at a garage sale super cheap. When I got home and cleaned up some of the grime I discovered it has full Campy Super Record. Based on my limited knowledge I think its late '70s or early '80s. Anyone know anything about this builder/vintage/model/etc? The only markings on the frame (that I've found) are 'Alessandro exclusive' This thing is nearly perfect, looks like it was hardly ridden, what might it be worth?!

I practically have this same frame with a crazy paint job. Do a quick search for Alessandro and I'm the newest one. You are the second exclusive I have seen. Any luck in your research?

The only thing I could come up with when I was researching my fake(?) Alessandro is IIRC I came across two [well known] Italian framebuilders active in the early 80's that have a son named Alessandro. Unfortunately I don't remember who. But it was a name we'd all recognize, like DeRosa. My limited research led nowhere, but I really didn't pursue it.

Alessandro
I believe the Alessandro frame was build by Guerciotti. Alessandro was the name of his son, and it looks like he built some frames using this name.
Does this sound accurate to you guys?
I have got nothing but love on this frame from friends, bike shops, etc. Wonder if more exist out there....
