I need to know the value of the bike my mother won in golf tournament in Butte MT around 1977 or so. original tires, excellent condition, small tear in seat. Eager to sell. The bike is in Grand Junction, CO. Can anyone help me, please?

Hi, a lot depends on condition. If it was kept indoors and is in good shape it could be worth quite a bit. Perhaps $500 or more if presented properly on ebay or a live antique auction. It would be good to know how many were produced and how they were sold. If it were a promotional item or a market test it could be worth much more. Times are not the best for selling antiques so do your research.

As a vintage bike, probably not much, for someone who is into Knievel... well there is your audience, google the bike without vintage in the search and there appear to be lots of folk with fond memories.
How that translates into dollars, I don't know.

Thank you for your response. It was a promotional item, won in a golf tournament in Evel's hometown, Butte. How do you suggest that I sell it? Evel Knievel Days take place in Butte the weekend of July 24/25. The bike is in Grand Junction, CO, and I am living near Butte at the moment. Thanks so much for your help.
