Appraisal: 1981 Le Tour
I have a late 1981, possibly early 1982 Le Tour in Sky Blue. Everything is original except the tires and seat. There is no corrosion or dings but the frame has what I would consider typical scratches for a 29-year-old bike. Fully functional but I suspect the cables need some attention.

$100 to $125. Steel rims, high ten steel frame, turkey levers, and stem shifters. Pretty low end, although it has a decent crankset. Clean it up really well, lower the seat, and it is good to go.
