The rear derailleur is 2nd generation C-Record, about 1988.
Quick releases are Nuovo/Super record.
Front derailleur could be Athena or Chorus.

The QR's are pre-CPSC due to the straight levers which dates them pre-1978.

Early levers were all straight (at least from the factory). For 1978 and later the CPSC decided to protect us from either: a. stabbing ourselves with that straight lever; or b. preventing accidental release, by curving the end further inward. You'll also notice that the front derailleur gained a nice curved front edge, preventing us from cutting ourselves on that highly dangerous implement. (Ignore those chainrings )
