I think that might be the model I rode in high school. Nice bike, but entry level in 1980. It probably retailed for about $150 to $175 back then.
If truly in mint condition, it might be worth $100 or so, or at least that is all I would pay for it. If it needed work, which practically all bikes of this era do, $25 to $60 would be more like it.

Claw rear derailleur hanger, stem shifters, turkey levers, typical entry level bike from that era. Are the rims aluminum or steel?
XS frame size a big plus.
$200 price is ridiculous.

I have actually had a couple of people ask me to find them a bike with stem shifters because it's just what they want. I think I could sell that for $150 in SoCal with how clean it is. Most likely to a very petite college woman.

A friend sold a considerably rougher looking example for $75 in less than two hours on CL. Portland goes kinda cuckoo for lugged steel, however.
Dude says some folks around here will pay $100 for just that frame/fork/BB/HS

Yes, given the small size, I think it could bring $100 to $125 around here. If it has alloy rims, a little more. Small riders looking for anything vintage in a small size have very limited choices. And your market is probably hotter, so add some premium on top of that.
