Seems like it's in pretty good shape to me. From what I've read, the slightly later 610s with cantilever brakes are more desirable, and this appears to have cantis. I'm guessing $350 is at least semi reasonable, maybe a bit high?

Pretty nice bike. Priced at market. Worth a look if it is within your budget and what you are looking for. It should sell at this price.
