Hard to say for sure without a parts list, but most likely no, not to me anyways. Maybe $175, even in a hot market like SF.
Reasons: what look to be cheap pedals. Mis-matched wheels. Rear rim looks like it could be a CXP-22, which are decent rims, but are low-priced. Stretch-limo geometry.
EDIT: looks like a 531 sticker on there. That's a point in favor assuming sticker's legit. Lots of people go gaga for 531. Maybe $225.
