$25 to $40 max as it sits. Only higher end frames command $$. World Sport is not the bottom of the Schwinn line, but it is close. A buyer of a bike like this will typically be a recreational rider, and they will want it complete, pristine, polished up and ready to ride. Buyers of frames like this one are people looking for a cheap project. I typically pick up incomplete projects in the $10 to $20 range.

I'd go with the lower end of wrk101's estimate. Your audience is going to be flippers who know the value and want it for cheap. The day of the fixie is past, low end frames just don't command big bucks.
