Cramerotti. Value?

Found this bike online today. I emailed the poster to ask questions about tubing / components. I like the look of the frame. Anyone have any insights? I'll post more when I know more.

Classic Steel Italian bike, great for Winter riding or commuting. New rear cassette, new chain, newer front chain rings, new bar tape, new rear wheel, comes with fenders and spd ritchie pedals $250 obo

interesting paint scheme. 'calssic steel italian bike'?? I thought these were made up in the great white north? or is the importer just up there?

My understanding was that they are Italian made specifically for the Canadian market.

I opted not to buy this one anyways. Closer photos reflected heavy winter/rain use with quite a bit of rust.
