Dating Sears bicycles

Can anyone provide a resource for dating a sears bicycle?

I have one very similar to this one

Not my pic and was wondering how old it was and could begin pricing it

No resource, but I would peg it at mid-70's.

Value is all about condition, so without a picture, its anyone's guess. Low end department store bikes (Sears) tend to have very little value.

Puch made some bikes for Sears that were pretty nice, and a tandem is worth something even if it's a Huffy. The headbadge is the same as the Puch made Sears 3-speed I have, check and see if there is anything that says the bike was made in Austria.

Actually, my Puch/Sears had a lugged frame and cottered cranks, so this might not be that special.
