These medals were made for the ABL of A, Amateur Bicycle league of America for a long time. The "ABL" was the forerunner of the USCF now USA Cycling? I have a few somewhere.
The front shows they were for the Penn. District. Which might have been a multi state region at the time. Later as there were more racers, it went to almost single state districts, with the exception of California which had two then three districts, of which some included a bit of Nevada. Don't know how they do it now. These appear to be equal to today's state championships, which would qualify one for the Nationals, I think back then even the Senior men's was an omnium series, not divided up to specific events. With a bit of research you might be able to find how Mr. Lloyd did at the Nationals, if he did well, then they would be worth more.
