Unfortunately, not much. The Delrin tends to get brittle with age so they're prone to breakage, performance is not very good, they are only entry level components and very easy to find even in good condition. $10-$20 in my region

Your about 5 or 6 years late on that stuff, I sold a ton of it on eBay then for decent money, all of it went to Japan.
I was getting $30 for used rear derailleurs. One complete new set sold for $140. Far more than it ever sold for new. These days the market has dried up, and only new seems to sell. At best you may find a buyer looking for some spare components for an old bike. I'd have to say $20 to $40 tops if you find the right buyer. Otherwise it may not even sell. I'd probably pack them away and wait a few more years, maybe the market will come back for older French parts like those.

If you're trying to keep a bike original, and you're concerned about the jockey wheels breaking, I found that the jockey wheels in an early Suntour V GT are a perfect fit. Of course, that leaves the Suntour derailer useless, so this is only for someone who is stuck and wants to keep the bike original with a Simplex derailer.

I find that hard to believe. Bottom of the line Simplex Prestige components have always been cheap and readily available on eBay. The prices of higher end SX and SLJ components has gone through the roof.

I started liquidating the inventory of an old bike shop back in 2002, the place was loaded with old french components from the early 70's. I must have sold 50 complete sets of Prestige derailleurs, and just about every set sold for over $140 back then, towards the end of that lot, about the middle of '04, they had dropped off a bit but were still bringing $75 per set. I found I got more selling the complete set vs. individual derailleurs. The sets I was selling were all brand new. I did do a few sets of used Simplex derailleurs too, they often went off nearly just as high. Without going back and actually checking, I'd say that more than 90% of them were sold to Japan.
I also had several sets of SLJs, new in display boxes, they sold for over $350 per set back in '02.
I quit selling bike parts on eBay after '04 when the prices began to take a dive. Shipping started to go up, the focus seemed to move away from the older French components, and eBay began to change their fee structure to a point where it was no longer worth my time. For a while there I was getting $150 for a new set of Mafac brakes too, I sold 50 sets. A year later and they didn't sell at all.

Well, one new in box just sold on ebay for $58 plus shipping, but others haven't drawn an opening $10 bid. Mafac Racer brakes still draw decent bids, but not $150.

Simplex prices have been very strong. The FD has negligable value beacuse they're very prone to cracking, the cable guides are worth $10+/-, RD is worth $30-40 and the shifters $10+/-.

Heck, I'd pay you $10 for the shifters just so I could get the wing nuts.

I'd venture to guess they were after the box, I've had dozens of those derailleurs, all brand new and I've never once seen a box. They all came bulk packaged loose in bags from bike parts distributors or parts departments. One bag even had a sheet listing various items as 'Clearance', one of them being Simplex Prestige RDs for $2 each, and $1.50 each over a count of 50. The dealer I liquidated apparently took advantage of those Clearance sales in force. Most all items were in case quantities not individual packaging.
There were even a few new old stock bikes, but all low end models. All in all it amounted to several trailer loads.
That buyout just came at the right time, I was near the end of most of the French items when items stopped bringing the premiums they had been. I let it ride till the prices dropped off to less than half of what they were in the beginning of the lot. I just figured that collectors had had their fill by then.
I still have some left but it's buried now behind more profitable items. If the prices come back up, I may dig it back out but for now I'll just let it sit in storage. (I'd have to empty pretty much a whole trailer to get at them right now.
That buy out is what got me back into bikes again, I hadn't touched a bike since the early 80's until then. Back in the day I worked in a shop part time, mostly building wheels.
I have to say, when I first listed those items I was a more than a bit surprised at how much they brought 20 years later. I was also surprised at some of the original purchase prices on those items, I had forgotten how cheap bike parts were back then. I don't think that anyone back in 1982 or so would ever have imagined spending $50 on a derailleur for a bike that sold for only $150 or so then.
