Interesting lugs...
Maybe someone can tell me something about this frame?
I've never seen lugs like this, so I don't know what to search or where. The dropouts are Campagnolo, the lugs are stamped "BSE Italy".
The PSz stamp refers to (afaik) Patai-Szabó, the name of a hungarian frame maker.

Looks like the lugs are Nash brand: https://www.framebuilding.com/NEWPARTSPAGES/lugs.htm Can't really see the point to the extra metal on the lugs and bb, but it does look like a nicely made frame. Nice paint job too.
