I bought this Raleigh at the Pawn Shop and I am wanting to restore or make a fixie. The only numbers on the frame are on the BB and they are NOM0675. I know the handle bars are not original and the sticker I posted up says its High-Tensile tubing what ever that means. Thanks!

That appears to be a c. '81 Super record in "Space Blue", Nice Suntour DR's, Alloy crank. Not a bad bike and worth restoring.
If you want a fixie though, you would have to put more money into it, so IMO you would do better with any of the new fixed gears being offered by Bikes Direct et al.

High tensile tubing = lowest grade (bottom) frame material. Paint and chrome appear to be in really good shape.
