Nishiki Alien ACX
Original owner, got it as a gift back around 1990. Only upgrade has been Rockshox front fork, have not been ridden over 10 years.never abused, frame is in excellent condition Needs inner tubes, a tune up and seat .
Bike is the Richard Cunningham designed aluminum rectangular frame with rigid chromoly back end with Shimano XTR components throughout as well as elevated chain-stay.
I will be selling it soon through dreaded craigslist, and I don't want to make a mistake by cheap selling it, as I know there are collectors who are coveting these rare bikes.
Any info would be much apperciated. I am located in Sacramento area if there are anylocal paties that may be interested .

If you think it has collectible value, hopefully you still have the original fork. As a typical vintage MTB, won't matter much. As something special and collectible, it will matter a lot. MTBs from that era without some special collectible value sell cheap, really cheap.

I hear a lot of good things about the Alien. Definitely something people collect. 1st-gen XTR, if it's in good shape, is also worth some money, off the top of my head a RD sold for ~$80 on the bay recently.
