Hard for me to tell from the pictures but it looks to be older than 86. If it is your size and has no rust or dents, $200 for a steel Trek in good shape with good components is a great deal for an end user.
Check out this site https://www.vintage-trek.com/model_numbers1.htm and see if you can match it. Ask the seller if there is a tubing sticker on the seat tube.
Oh and I would hurry...buy first ask questions later. My guess is the bike won't last long at that price with Dura Ace.

The mention of the Superbe derailer gets me more excited than the Dura Ace. Interesting that the ad says "Durace throughout" and then mentions the Suntour action.
