Clean up the outside of the rear hub & look for soem numbers, such 69 === 1969.
Not worth much money as is , & not a collectible bike fixed up. It would be easy to put too much money into it. It would be a decent bike just to ride, though, if you can do the repairs yourself.

As is, $5 to $10 bike. +1 Do the work yourself, and make it into a rider. +1 Very easy to put too much into a bike like this. Be careful. Frame paint is poor, which is a serious negative.
Typical discount store bikes from the 1970s. Kind of looks like a Murray.

Is crap bike. I rode one all of jr. high. The only reason I would buy this bike is so I could attack it with a plasma cutter. Pure junk. I got this bike instead of a lump of coal for x-mas. Oh I hate this bike! Spot welded rear dropouts, shimano 3 speed, no power handlebars. This bike scarred me for life. Save money and get a Raleigh.
