Depends on condition. In decent ridable condition, maybe $100 around here. But, KC market sucks. If your local market's hot, maybe a little more.

Yeah I found one that looks to be in decent shape. Will post some photos when I get them to get some feedback. Seller's asking $100...

If you're going to ride it a whole lot, $100 isn't a rip off for a low end Panasonic. I have a DX2000, which is either one or two steps up from the sport. It's still only hi-ten, but I've gotten 10 years of great use out of it. With new wheels, it goes about as fast as anything else.

I consider my bike to be low/middle in the line, and I get the idea that Panasonic stuff was all made well up and down the line.

People sell huffys for $100 around here...

I've owned two Panasonic Sports fors a short time. One was given to me in bad disrepair; the other I bought for $20. I sold each (frame alone) for $80. $100 isn't bad for the bike, but I think you could do much better if you are patient. If I owned one, I might try selling it fo $80 to $120 (depending on appearance). If I was buying one, I would pay $20-40. I assume for $100 you are buying one that has been tuned and the bearings (hubs, headset, and bottom bracket) have been lubed--otherwise $100 is too much.

$100 is a fair street price if it has no rust. A year ago I could have sold that bike for $175......

Bottom end, $100 bike in pristine, ready to ride condition. Panasonic made some great bikes (I have three of them right now), but the Sport is not one of them.

If I was looking for an pre-1983 Panasonic to ride/own, what are your thoughts on the Sport model? I don't know much about Panasonic's and how they ride...any insight?
