Pricing two options in former Soviet Republic of Georgia -- one Bianchi, one unknown

Hi all, I'm living in the former Soviet Republic of Georgia for a few years, and I'm trying to find a decent bike to commute on and to tour this country's beautiful mountain roads. Unfortunately, cycling isn't terribly popular here, so there aren't a lot of options. Recently, I found two bikes on the local version of Craigslist that caught my attention, but I don't really know a whole lot about older bikes, so I'm turning to you all for help. If you can tell me what you think a fair price in the US would be for these bikes, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm probably going to have to do some bargaining for these, and although I'm willing to pay a bit extra because of scarcity, having a general idea of the worth of each would be very helpful to me.

The first is this Bianchi: https://mymarket.ge/product_info.php?...duct_id=955063 (asking price 500 lari = 300 USD)

And the second is this bike, which the seller claims is made by "Gonchi" or possibly "Gonch" -- that may be a Soviet brand, but I haven't been able to find anything about it online.
https://mymarket.ge/product_info.php?...uct_id=1223995 (asking price 150 lari = 90 USD)

If you need any other information about the bikes in order to make a call, just let me know.

Thanks!

I don't know your local market but the Bianchi looks like the better bike but here I would call it overpriced
