Mirrored images? Looks clean, not sure of the model though. Pedals and seat look cheap, hard to say about the other components.

Front fork may be a replacement. Check for frame damage, in particular on the undersides of the top and down tubes, near the joins to the head tube. If damaged, value quite low.

Looks like an old Record to me. Those were bottom of the line gaspipe bikes but Raleigh made decent gaspipe in those days.
The one I had had cottered cranks and steel wheels. This one looks to be cotterless and alloy. Might be an upgrade, might be a different year. That's a plus.
If it's lubbed and tuned, it'll be $100-150. If not, maybe $50-75, depending on how well it fits you and whether you like the color.
