Systema Scene... Cannot find anything on this bike

So here's a few pictures

I know I've been posting enough to beat a dead horse but I'm determined to find a bike that is both good quality and has some dang personality!! This question is kind of for the challenge because I literally couldn't find anything in my searches about this bike.

The only description I have is: 700 c light weight alloy rims and suntour component's , nice light weght lugged cr-mo race bike from the early 90

So tell me what am I looking at and pricing.. It looks like it's in great shape but that's all I can tell. Any thoughts?

Brands you can find zero information on = private label/store brand. Many private label bikes from that era were pretty decent (earlier eras tended to be crap). The only problem is resale. Buyers want brands they recognize, so resale is depressed quite a bit. As a keeper, that can work in your favor, assuming you buy right. As a flip, not so hot.

Definitely not enough information here to determine value. Its all about frame material. I see a Tange label on the fork, which is a good sign. But Tange made many grades of tubing, from so so, to really great.

Dating the bike means looking up date codes, they will be on almost every single component on that bike.
