Lejeune track bike, mid 70,s

Saw this on Craigslist and wondered if this was anywhere close to a deal.

Appears to be a 57 or 58 cm ctt. Gold cranks are probably BMX, if in better shape they would be worth some. Frame appears drilled at rear for brake... bummer, not original.
Deal? not a screaming one, I do not know the value of the wheels to a fixie guy. I would put proper pista wheels on it.

You have a good eye. The guy said it is a 58. He says there is little cosmetic damage for such an old frame. It is ashame about the drilling. How bad would that normally decrease the price for a collector? Also while im not a fan of aerospokes they run about 400 new, so i guess that is somewhat of a deal. I figured those were BMX cranks and I'm going to make sure they are in good shape when i look at the bike. Thanks for your help.

The gold BMX cranks will be stamped strada on the back side, most likely not 165mm, but 170's or more. They are machined like pista cranks and do not have the lip for an inner chainring.
Drilled for brakes can be quite a hit, the fork is somewhat more acceptable, as a frame set, less $50 to $100.
