Trek with Campy Racing T components

There's a Trek (early 90's model - not quite vintage but certainly not new) I'm going to look at today. What I do know is if it was all original it would have had Shimano 600. He's swapped it for a Campy Racing T drivetrain and I don't know anything about Campy to figure out where this falls into a quality category.

Can I get some help?

to my limited knowledge of post '95ish Campi alot of the groups were able to be set ip as a racing triple. did the seller replace the entire group? drivetrain or just the crank?

unless he put something cheesy like Avanti anything shoupd be good. just be sure you test and see how it shifts.

Campy Racing T is excellent stuff. Depending on year, I've heard early on it was on par with Chorus. Later it may have been closer in fit and finish to Centaur/Daytona. It was the dedicated Campagnolo triple groupset for a period, and it wasn't cheap. I'd consider it an upgrade on Shimano 600.
