nice looking bike. if the Sante is OEM or from when the frame was built in a shop I wouls say '88ish.

I don't know when the Santé was fitted - but it's all a set.
the sticker reads: "costruzione telai speciali, neo pro, F.Moser" which translates as "building special frames, neo pro, F. Moser"

Clean up the brake hoods with ammonia and wrap the bars in white tape and you should get about $400 or so for it, maybe more depending on where you live.
