Newer bike.. Perna?

Looking for info on a Perna road frameset.
It's a quality looking bike, but I've never seen or heard of it before.
Sorry for the poor quality picture.

Rust around that cable stop? Would have to see the rest to gauge value, and of course, what tubing, what components, etc. Kind of like taking a picture of a hubcap, and determining the car's value from there.

Likely a store/shop branded bike. Note, modern store branded bikes does not necessarily mean low end. Lots of pretty good stuff out there with a private label branding on it. The 1970s vintage store branded stuff was most often junk/near junk. Later on, they started branding good bikes.

To below, if you did not want value, is there a reason you posted it in the C & V What is it Worth? forum. Might try the general forum instead.

The bike is not mine. That was the best picture available and was more or less looking for any information on the company. I could not find anything anywhere about this brand.

I've not said anything about looking for a value on the bike. I can't help but feel you are trying to take a subtle jab at me here wrk101.
If the hub caps are original on some cars, you can tell what kind of car it is and basic info on that make/model vehicle.

Edit:
P.S. Thanks for the link.

Animal138 is right - Perna's a small shop that carries Bianchi, Atala and their own brand of bikes. They have a shop and they have the bicycle concessionaire in the US Navy Exchange in Gricignano. That's most likely how that bike got back to the US - someone from the Navy or NATO brought it back with them. That one you have looks like a Capri, which has scenes from around the island painted on custom. Pretty cool and very custom. The guy that paints most of the frames is named Franco and he does some fantastic work - he did one of their carbon fiber frames with an ice/polar bear theme for a friend of mine. Mine is red and yellow and has the seat stays painted to look like a carbon weave. At any rate you (or your friend) have a one-off custom work of art on your hands.

Perhaps mentioning them this way will get the attention of one or the other.

Easy enough to get to 10 posts or use a hosting site and post a link to the folder here.
