Don't follow this brand much. Just curious if this is a legit asking price or a candidate for wacky eBay/CL ads.

sounds fishy to me. he does not say when he bought the bike, it was a fancy bike reviewed by a magazine with a mixed bag of parts? the Tiagra RD was a very late '90s introduction I believe.

there are nice Bassos (Bassi? Bassoes?) out there that might fetch 1200 but I don think this is one
