Raleigh Super Course...a few questions & what do you think?
https://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/bik/2431640375.html
I've been trying to figure out what year this is and what components would come stock but haven't had any luck so I'm looking for someone who would know or has ridden this bike and could give me some info.
at this price and in the said condition, i'm very drawn to this bike
however, i dont really know anything about it so i'd like to know if its worth it.
thanks

It looks like the 1984 in cudak888's collection. There are catalogs for the adjacent years.

That was a good deal on a great bike, and those never last long on CL.
The admonition here is to educate yourself about bikes, spend some time hanging out in the C&V forum, so that the next time a good deal pops you will recognize it immediately and be the first to pounce.
Don't despair though - another good deal is just around the corner. Be very diligent and maybe a real sleeper will pop up - with a crummy cel phone or no photo, and poor description for $25.
