I am not versed in the values for your market - but the maximum I could get for it in fully serviced, pristine condition with the rack is about $200. - And THAT's only because there is a strong preference for Schwinns where I live.

It's an '88 in Frost White, not "90's"...
1988 Specifications
Although the price is on the high side, if it really is in the condition described it's probably worth it in the bay area market. The frame has double-butted True Temper 4130 main tubes.
