Help? -- Bonotto road bike w/ Campy Nuovo Record components
Folks,
Just got this bike off a guy in Virginia, who said he purchased it ~20 years ago. The frame is Ishiwata 19 and the components are Campagnolo Nuovo Record. The frame is numbered 271.
Anyone have an idea on value and/or date? Ideas for restoration? I know the wheels aren't original (per the former owner) but everything else? Is it Italian or Mexican? (I've seen Sheldon B.'s brief description of these bikes.)
Pics below. Many thanks!

One other thing...
The bike has a sticker on the frame from Joselyn's Bicycles in Monterey, CA. So I guess it passed through there at some point. Apparently the store is going strong: https://www.joselynsbicycles.com/.

Based on this it looks like it's a Benotto Modelo 1000 from ~1981. Guess I'll get some new decals and clean it up.... and ride....

great looking bike. you don't see a Pantographed Gran Sport crankset everyday. what kind of brakes does it have?
