1986/87 Cannondale ST 400
This Cannondale sport touring bike is in really nice condition, but the 25" frame is too big for me. It's an '86 frame with '87 components (alpha 300 derailleurs and 27 inch Mistral wheels). What would be a reasonable price to ask for it on Craigslist?

It's a "sports tourer" rather than a long distance touring bike. It's all original except for the seat and front tire. The bike runs great - no mechanical problems. It's a little scuffed up, but still a very nice looking bike. All it really needs is new bar tape. There seems to be a wide variation in the selling prices on these 1980s Cannondales. I don't have to get top dollar, but I don't want to see my bike on craigslist next week at $100 more than I got for it.
