Advice on a 1988 Peugeot Triathlon
 

Saw this posted on craigslist, would it be a good bike for getting into cycling:

"80s model Peugeot Triathlon, road racing bike. 6 speed rear end with double chainrings 53/39, NOS rear wheel with NOS Dura Ace 6-speed freewheel. New chain. Shimano 105 brakes, frame shifters & misc parts ultegra rear deraileur. Continental tyres. New cables & recent tune up. Smooth Ride!"

They are asking $300. I've tried to do some research on it, but wasn't able to find much.

I notice there's a "V" and maybe "Voler" in this picture, haven't been able to find a picture of a Peugeot Triathlon with that on it.

Thoughts?
