Holdsworth 10 Speed

Hello bikeforums.

I just recently acquired a Holdsworth from a local bike shop. While I enjoy riding it so far, I was thinking of selling it. I'm not sure if I want such an old bike to take around town. I need something newer to commute on. I don't know much about vintage bikes and wondered if you could tell me how much you think it is worth? I don't know the model or size, it fits me (I'm 6"1). It has campognolo record friction shifters I believe. The front and rear derailler are both campognolo, as well as the hubs. The Brakes are cantilever weinman brakes. It has a brooks saddle with some wear. Like I said, I'm not too knowledgeable, but here are some pictures.

by the way, i'm from birmingham, al, not england

Holdsworth 10 Speed

Check out the Holdsworth Bicycle website at www.nkilgariff.com You may be able to find out the approximate year through the decals and catalog descriptions. I have a 1977 531 Special Holdsworth, which is one of my favorite bikes(if not THE favorite) of about 40 bikes I have. I have sold 2 Holdsworths on ebay, and they do have a collector following.

I think it's cool as heck. If you were local, I'd bite.
