vintage? bike no make or model

i bought this through my local classified ad and was wondering if anyone could help me out. i cannot seem to find anything online about this bike since all i have is a serial number. it doesn't look like any other chopper style bike i've seen and some of the parts it came with date back to the 60's/70's. the third pic is what it looked like in the ad i got it from. since i have done some fixing/modifications, but i am really just interested in who made it and when. the serial number has been almost impossible to track down on the web. it's on the top of the bb and no numbers i've found come close to matching it. any help would be great
