U. Scanini Master 1990
I'm looking at buying a U. Scanini frame and fork. We've agreed on a price of $200. I'm absolutely in love with the look of this bike, but I'm a little worried about some pitting in the chrome fork, lugs, and chainstays, and some rust inside the fork.
First off, is $200 a good price for this frame in this condition? I know it is a rare frame, but how rare are Scaninis?
Secondly, the pitting doesn't bother me too much aesthetically speaking, I'm mainly worried about it getting worse and compromising the integrity of the frame. Is this something to worry about?
Pics (you have to zoom in to really see the pitting)

Sorry if this isn't in the proper forum, this just seemed the closest to my need.
