Best guess would suggest entry level Japanese, from the mid seventies to early eighties. Nothing special about the bicycle but it will be fun to ride providing not too much is expected of it.
If interested, understanding how to gauge bicycle quality will prove to be an asset when seeking out an old bike to acquire.
