1974 Fuji Special Tourer
I picked this up yesterday and was wondering if y'all could give me some info/input on it. This is my first Fuji ever, I've always been a Schwinn man myself.

I've done some research and it appears to be a '74 serial number with a '74 crank, but it appears to have a '75 decal set on it. Any input? Value?

Steel rims, cottered crank, basic, heavy steel frame, stem shifters, claw derailleur hanger, nutted axles, steel seat post, in needs work condition, very little.

Paint appears to be in great condition for a 37 year old bike!

1975 version had a different crank style.

It's a good bike to learn how to do rapairs on, other that that it's not worth much.

To start it needs a chain, bar tape, saddle, full tune up, including BB and headset overhaul...... tubes and tires as well. You would not see a profit if that's your intent.

What seat should be on this bike?

Hey thanks!

You know, I saw that, but I'm wondering why mine has a 75' model decal set rather than the 74' set like the one pictured. Everythjng else is correct. Could mine be a late 74'?

Could be a 75' with leftover 74' components. It's pretty common to do that. As far as the seat goes, it was used on many bikes back then, even Schwinn. It has a diamond quilt style top.

Does it mean anything that my wheels are 26" Ukai?
