Centurion Accordo - worth it?

Condition is only fair - bike saw some weather, so surface rust but solid.

Would repaint and build it up with cheap parts. $20 - my size

Depends on whether you have the space, time and interest to properly deal with rust, and whether the paint is good enough that some touch up and it would be OK. That era Accordo is not worth the cost of a quality paint job. So saving the original paint would be key to the economics.

Paint looks like it could make it.

did you say $20 for it?... not bad deal if you have the time and money to put into it... once built I think it would be worth between $100 to $150 depending on the parts you put on. I usually try and get frames with the seat post and the bottom bracket... those can be a pain to find ones that fit if you don't have a parts bin or a friend or coop that has a large selection of used parts.

If I was going to build it up for my self I would look for a frame in better condition and better quality... but $20 is decent price for the frame. Ask if they have any other parts laying around.
