1986 Fuji Sagres

So, bought this off craigslist awhile back and finally have it fixed up to where i like it. got it from the original owner and it had lots of problems with it.

Has newer nitto drop bars, new dia compe brakes, older friction suntour thumbshifters. and the saddle is a an older selle royale.

everything else is stock as far as i can tell (https://www.classicfuji.com/Sagres_1986_Page.htm)

what do you think its worth? just curious as to if i got a good deal on it

as it is sittingthere with mismatched tires, is the front flat?, it looks like a jalopy that just came out for a yardsale. I am not sure if it is the background or what but something make this bike look in rough shape.

are the seatpost and stem higher than the minimum insertion marks? I would shy away from a bike if they are as it means there could be frame damage.

I would say maybe $100 as it sits there. depending on your market and little work $150-200. the shifting in friction right?

Is the Nitto stem one of the longer ones that allows you to raise it that high? As BG said, get a black tire to match the back($10), use some WD40 to clean the sprockets, chain, chain ring & derailleur. Then wash it good and wax it. Take it outside for some nice pictures and you would get $175 for it.

Oh wait, I just read you are not selling it, just want to know what it is worth now. Then $100, what did you pay?

And definitely check for the minimum insertion on the seat and stem, that could be dangerous.
