Fair Price for Bridgestone 400 in Portland OR?

Hey all...

I'm going to look at this bike in a couple of hours and wondering if I need to negotiate the price?

https://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/bik/2549919681.html

Cheers!

I know prices are high in Portland, but $450 sounds crazy. This set my BS monitor off, "Sakae Randnner Handlebars that sell for over $100 on ebay".

Wow this guy is quite the salesman (or not depending on how you look at it hehe)! I didn't know my Sakae randonneur bars are that hot on eBay, I should sell mine to him, you think he'll buy? Sounds a bit pricey...

He's probably adding up the cost of the new parts he put on there and tacking it on to what would be a reasonable price.

$250-275 in my neighborhood is what I think I could sell it for.
