Trek 400 price

I am looking to buy a decent road bike for under 350 and found a trek 400 with all stock parts used for 2 year that looks like its in pretty good condition
https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/bik/2551604507.html
heres the link to the page. what do you think about the price?
I am totally new here and to the biking world pretty much so I really don't know what I'm doing

I sold one in the Detroit area for $220. The bike had been completely overhauled and looked very nice. The Seattle market is completely different, and my bike would have gone for much more in that region.

Its either a 1988 (Shimano Light Action) or 1989 (Suntour Edge). The 1989 had shorter chain stays, which is what I think I see there.

There is no 58cm, either 22.5" (57cm) or 24" (61cm) center to top.

In Boston, $325 could probably get you a Trek 560... here is one asking $350.
