Is this Royce Union Bicycle Worth the Cost?
He said he would part for $200.
Is this a ridiculous sum for this bicycle, even though it's been fixed up?

It is a very high price for that bike in my area. But it depends on what you are able to do yourself if you want one. The bike itself is worth in the neighborhood of 50 dollars around me (in pulled it out of the garage/needs-repair condition.) Tires/tubes/cables/brake shoes/tune up/ labor, can run your investment up significantly. I have seen shops charge upwards of 200 dollars to "restore" a bike to like new condition.
