Nishiki road bike?

hey everyone! was hopeing to find out what this bike might be and worth, have no info on it but these pics. kinda wanted to know if its worth buying.

Bottom of the barrel, in needs quite a bit of work conditioin: $25 to $50, if you can do all the work. If not, pass, you will be upside down on it.

All cleaned up with new tires, bar tape, cables, etc. it's probably worth around $100-$125. You'll probably spend more fixing it up than it's worth, unless you're getting it for free. Pass.
