Puch Toledo - how do I value it?
Hi
I have a ladies puch Toledo. I was given it by an old nun who said she'd had it from new & that it was the first one off the production line before manufacture began. She said that's why it had no serial number. Is there any way I can verify this & value it?
Thanks in advance!

No way you can verify that story. Lots of bikes are missing serial numbers. Valuation is based on condition and component quality. Without information on either, no idea.

Allow me to also welcome you to the Bicycle Forum.
Chances are you will never be able to qualify the first one made story.
Determine a bicycle's value is a difficult thing to do and a crap shoot every time. You need to understand what it takes to make a bicycle a Quality Bicycle. You need to know how to Determine Vintage Bicycle Value. You need to know how to post pictures...
Once you start a thread, click on "Go Advanced", then "Manage Attachments", then upload your pictures from your computer and that should get-er-done. Or...
If you have pictures on-line already, go to the picture, copy the address and then click on the little icon in the thread that looks like a small image. Paste the address and that's that.
Hope this is a help.
