ID help: Vintage Pinarello (is it a fake?)

Someone is offering me an old Pinarello fixer-upper for $100. Seller claims it's maybe late 60's early 70's. I have no reason to distrust the seller, but I can't seem to find any other Pinarello's with this logo in front. Anyone know what model this one might be?

There was a German bicycle company also called Pinarello, this is one of them. I wouldn't buy it for $10.

Never seen one of these, reminds me of the almost equal level Gios bikes that turn up from time to time.
