For riding or flipping? Is it just me or does the fork look a little bent in the pic. For riding not a bad commuter around town bike if it fits you

Shifters and cables are inexpensive items. The upgraded post and saddle compensate for them. The bend is in the fork and not the frame, so that a realtively easy twek for a good LBS. Provided evewrything else is in good order and you're looking for a rider, I'd say that's a fair price, given the market.
