Raleigh Safety De Luxe, 3 speed IGH

So, I grew up with this thing in the barn on my parent's property. My dad bought it for my mom from some people he knew back in the day who traveled and moved around a lot, and they sold it when moving overseas. Mom never rode it. Having recently gotten into vintage bikes, I pulled it out of the barn and work on it every time I go back to visit. Does anyone know anything about this bike? I can't seem to find any info on this particular model anywhere. Was it possibly produced for a foreign market? the people who it was bought from were from Denmark. I haven't ridden it since I was a kid, but it seems to be well built and of high quality.

My guess would also be a that the bike was built for or even at a foreign market. I have owned two mid seventies Raleigh Tourists and both were somewhat similar to the one you are interested in. Sadly, I know little about the bike but I do wish you good luck with the build. And, for what it is worth, those old bikes are really fun to ride.

I bought this one for thirty dollars and all I did was clean and wax it up...
